Refund Policy

Every PlanterPals order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.

Returns

If you're not happy with your planter for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery through our Contact page and we'll arrange a return or refund — no hard feelings, no interrogation.

Damaged or defective items

If your planter arrives damaged or defective, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery via the Contact page and we'll ship a free replacement — you don't need to send anything back.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Cancellations

Need to cancel? Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled, but the 30-day guarantee still applies.
